The Cars – Heartbeat City

Released in 1984, Heartbeat City is the fifth album released by the Cars. It was produced by Robert John “Mutt” Lange. The album charted five American Top 40 singles including two top ten singles: “Drive” and “You Might Think”. The song “Stranger Eyes” was featured in the theatrical trailer for the movie Top Gun, although it was not included on the soundtrack.

Aerosmith – Get Your Wings

Get Your Wings is the second studio album from Aerosmith. It was recorded at the Record Plant in New York City and released on March 1, 1974.  The album was produced by Jack Douglas, who went on to produce the next four albums for the band. Three singles from the album were released but none of them charted. The album itself peaked at #74 on the Billboard 200. One of the most well-known tracks on the album is a cover of the Yardbirds “Train Kept A-Rolling”.
