Disaster Assistance Available for Lafayette Parish and Others

If you are still trying to rebuild after the devastation of Hurricane Delta, there is financial assistance available.

Homeowners and renters who live in Lafayette, Beauregard, Rapides, St. Landry, and St. Martin parishes now qualify to apply for federal disaster assistance. This assistance is to help the uninsured and under-insured cover losses and damage sustained from Hurricane Delta. The damage must have occurred between October 6, 2020, and October 10, 2020. The deadline to register is December 16, 2020.

Anyone who registered with FEMA for help after Hurricane Laura, must register again.
