St. Martinville Has A New Mayor

St. Martinville voters have chosen a new mayor.


Jason Willis handily defeated incumbent Melinda Mitchell in Saturday’s runoff. Willis received 58% of the vote, outpacing Mitchell 1,161 to 863. Voter turnout was just under 48%.
