The kids will be out of school soon. As a mom I know I am now looking for fun activities for my children this summer. Every year Lafayette Consolidated Government hosts their Summer Enrichment Program held through the parks & recreation department.
The 2019 summer enrichment program registration will be held Wednesday, May 17, and Wednesday May 24, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at the Girard Park Recreation Center at 500 Girard Park Drive in Lafayette. The program is open to all children 5 years to 14 years old. The camp dates are June 10 – July 26, with a holiday break from July 1 – July 5.
The registration fee is $250.00 for the standard program of 9:00am to 4:00pm. Early drop off: 7:15 am – 9:00 am and late pick up: 4:00pm-5:30pm are available at an additional cost of $125.00 for each option.
Program sites for 2019 are: Comeaux Recreation Center, Dupuis Recreation Center, Robicheaux Recreation Center and Girard Recreation Center.
