Released in 1969 From Elvis In Memphis is the tenth studio album by Elvis Presley. From Elvis In Memphis blended the sounds of country with southern soul by the addition of the backing house band at the American Sound Studio in Memphis informally known as “The Memphis Boys.” The album peaked at number 13 in the US on the Billboard 200 and produced the single “In the Ghetto” as well as hits such as: “Wearin’ That Loved On Look,” “Only the Strong Survive,” “I’ll Hold You in My Heat (Till I Can Hold You in My Arms),” and “True Love Travels on a Gravel Road.”

Elvis Presley – Moody Blue

The twenty-fourth and final studio album by Elvis Presley, Moody Blue, was released in 1977. The album was released shortly before the death of Elvis Presley and included songs from Presley’s final studio recording session. The hit single from the album “Way Down” quickly rose to prominence following the King’s death and would go on to be certified double platinum by the RIAA. Moody Blue hosts hits such as: “Unchained Melody,” “If You Love Me (Let Me Know),” “Little Darlin,” “He’ll Have to Go,” Let Me Be There,” “Moody Blue,” and “She Thinks I Still Care.”
