Bob Seger – Beautiful Loser

The eighth studio album from Bob Seger was released in April 1975. This album marks Seger’s return to Capitol Records after a 4-year split. The songs on this album didn’t become hits until they were later featured on “Live Bullet”. Session musicians were used for most of the album, however, the Silver Bullet Band members recorded “Nutbush City Limits” together and were featured separately on other tracks.

Elton John – Elton John

Although this album is Elton John’s US debut, is his second studio album. It was released in April 1970.  This album includes the breakthrough single “You Song”. It was certified gold the following year and also nominated for Album of the Year by the Grammys. His first album “Empty Sky” would not be released in the US until 1975.
