    Neil Young – Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere

    Neil Young’s second album was released in May 1969 on Reprise Records. This was the first album with his backing band Crazy Horse. The album went to number 34 on the Billboard Chart and was certified platinum. It was listed as one of the 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die and also came in at 208 on Rolling Stone’s The Greatest Albums of All Time.

     

    Crosby, Stills & Nash

    The self-titled debut album from David Crosby, Stephen Stills, and Graham Nash. It was released on May 29, 1969. The album produced two Top 40 singles: “Marrakesh Express” and “Suite: Judy Blue Eyes”. The album peaked at number 6 on the Billboard Chart.
